What are the shipping costs and shipping times per country?
Orders are processed and shipped every working day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Orders are collected by the carrier every working day after 5:00 PM. Shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered to your home the next day on average in more than 93% of cases.

- As soon as your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox with more information about the delivery.
- Your order is loaded into our shipping partner's software. Here we check whether all data has been entered correctly (Google maps). If we see an error message, our customer service will immediately contact you to correct the data together with you. In 9 out of 10 cases this is a missing house number.
- Your items are carefully picked and packed by our warehouse employees.
- Once the shipping label has been printed the order is considered "processed", now it just awaits processing/collection by one of our shipping partners. Once the label has been printed, you will automatically receive the tracking link in your mailbox.
- After collection, the package will be delivered to you by our shipping partners via the fastest and most environmentally conscious route.
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with an estimated delivery date.
If your package was supposed to be delivered according to the tracking information, but it has not yet arrived, please check the tracking information to see if it was delivered to your neighbors or a parcel point.
If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed in five days , please contact our customer care team. We will then contact the shipping partner to quickly find out where your order is. Before the expiration of these five days, shipping partners will not accept investigations of “lost” packages. So be patient, often in the event of a delay they will simply pick up the actual delivery during these days.
When will my order be shipped?
Once payment has been received, we will process your order within a maximum of 24 hours on working days and hand it over to one of the carriers.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, once your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a tracking link.
This tracking link takes you to our Sendcloud tracking portal, where you can carefully track the status of your order. You can also copy the tracking code and accurately track your package with the relevant carrier on their site or via their app and receive notifications.
According to the tracking my package should have been delivered, but it wasn't! How is that possible?
We have experienced that some delivery people forget to leave a 'collection message'.
In most cases, the shipment is at your local post office or has been delivered to one of your neighbors.
It also often happens that it is delivered within 5 days. This may be due to internal delays. It rarely happens that your package gets “lost”. So please be patient for a few more days.
If you do not receive any updates via tracking within a few days, please contact our customer care.
An item is missing from my package. Why is that?
In exceptional cases, a product may be missing. It can of course happen that a packer makes a mistake. It is also possible that the package arrived damaged and a product may have been lost during transport.
In both cases, please contact our Customer Care team and we will arrange this as soon as possible.
Will there be a shipping charge?
The shipping costs and free shipping limits of your order vary by country.
Please note: the values below may change with any actions.
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany €5.90 / Free above €45.
- France €5.90 / Free above €60.
The costs are calculated based on the value in your shopping cart. Digital gift vouchers do not count towards the required minimum order quantity, because they are basically sent to your mailbox for free. The calculation takes place after deduction of all discounts.
Where can I track my order?
As soon as we have handed over your order to our shipping service, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail.
In this email you will find your tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment at any time in our systems or directly on the shipping company's website.

What if the delivery attempt fails?
Don't worry, you can always see via the tracking data whether your package was delivered to your neighbors or to a post office, for example.
All updates about this can be found on the track & trace page. If you see the package being returned to us, please contact us and we will be happy to see if we can redeliver the package to you free of charge.
