Do I need a customer account?
You can create a customer account to view all orders at a glance.
Of course you can also order from us as a guest without a customer account.
How do I create a customer account?
To create a customer account, you must first click on the person icon at the top of the page and then enter your email, you will then receive a verification code in your inbox. Log in and then fill in all fields in profile. You then confirm this information.
In your customer account you always have the option to view, change or supplement your data and see your orders at a glance.
How do I change my personal details, email address or delivery address?
You can change most of the information yourself in the customer account under “profile”. However, this only applies to future orders. You can also add alternative addresses there.
The delivery addresses for orders already placed can only be changed by us, depending on the status of the order (only as long as the order is not yet being processed).
If you accidentally used the wrong email for an order, we can change this for you.
My order is not in the user account, how is this possible?
You may have ordered with a different email. We can merge the order with the wrong email address with the correct email address for you.
How can I change the password?
You don't need a password with us. Our login works based on an authentication email containing your login code. This code is different for every login to provide extra protection for your data.
