Take a photo of your nails with a timestamp and send it to our customer service. Based on this, you will receive personal tips from our expert to perfect the result of your next manicure.

2. Second Manicure
If you have successfully followed the advice after completing step 1, we are 100% convinced that your result has turned out much better and that you are on your way to becoming your own nail stylist. If you are still not satisfied after this second attempt, please contact us via the contact form and attach photos of your second manicure with a timestamp. Our customer service will handle this, after which we offer a refund without any worries.

When are you not eligible for a refund?

• No photos or timestamps attached to your requests.
• Submitting the same photos at each step.
• Not using real photos taken by you.
• Not complying with our general return policy.
• Abuse or unlawful use of this policy will result in the refund being voided.
• The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.
